Maarc Hypo 3% 500ml is an aqueous sodium hypochlorite solution developed for irrigation, debridement, and disinfection of root canals during endodontic treatment. It is available in 3% and 5% concentrations to support different endodontic irrigation requirements. Hyposol helps remove non-vital pulp debris during mechanical canal widening and assists in cleaning the root canal. It helps remove the smear layer and expose dentin at the root canal orifices. The solution also supports disinfection of the canal during instrumentation and irrigation following the use of an appropriate chelating agent.
