Quotation:
All quotation are valid for a limited time period. In most of the cases, it is for 7-days but may be less.
Quotation although has validity period but in some conditions like:
- If a product goes out of stock at the time of order confirmation by the customer;
- If due to some unexpected market condition, market prices have changed;
- If product is unavailable;
- If product prices are spiked;
- Any condition which makes it difficult to sell any product at the quoted price or to sell at all;
quotation may be changed anytime without any explanation.
If in any condition like when any product is pre-ordered as prepaid and due to any reason, we are unable to fulfil the order, the amount paid as retainer will be refunded within 2-10 days after confirmation of unavailability.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- In general credit limits start after receiving formal request from the customer's to us by any preferable communication method.
- Credit limits are within 2,500 to 15,000 and are the 5% of total life time purchase from the customer; i.e., 2500 Rs. credit limit if customer's life time purchase is at least 50,000 Rs.
- Providing credit limits is always depends on the company's decision and company also reserve all rights to revoke the credit limits of any customer without any explanation.
If any return is approved by us, the refund will be initiated within 2-15 days after receiving the product. All original packaging of the product must be intact and there must be no damaged part. Any return can be disapproved to refund if product or it's packaging is not intact or if the claim would be considered invalid by our evaluating staff.
Returns & Refunds:
The photographs shown are symbolic and if there are variations of any products, they may vary in appearance from display photograph.
Products you purchase are non-returnable. Please don't accept the goods if packaging is damaged. In most of the cases, the expiry is at least 6 months or more. In any special case if any product is approved to be returned, all the expenses to return will be paid by the customer.
